Ziel der Nationalen Initiative zur KI-basierten Transformation in die Datenökonomie ist die Förderung und Skalierung der Datenökonomie in Deutschland und Europa. Dabei nimmt die NITD eine vernetzende und umsetzungsorientierte Rolle ein und schafft damit eine Basis für marktfähige und gemeinwohlorientierte KI-Anwendungen, die den Menschen in den Mittelpunkt stellen.
2023年5月，德国实施《基于人工智能向数据经济转型的国家倡议》（NITD)，NITD是德国工程院和联邦数字事务与交通部（BMDV）的联合项目，是德国联邦政府数字战略的标杆项目之一，由BMDV提供总额为3200万欧元的资助。NITD将作为中立机构在德国和欧洲之间建立网络并支持数据经济，以改善德国人工智能创新的框架条件。

北约合作网络防御卓越中心（英语：NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence，简称NATO CCD COE、CCDCOE，爱沙尼亚语：NATO küberkaitsekoostöö keskus）是北约的一个卓越中心（中国新闻网认为CCDCOE是一家网络安全机构[1]），中心位于爱沙尼亚塔林。该中心成立于2008年5月14日，2008年10月28日得到北约的全面认可，并获得国际军事组织的地位。该中心的使命是，通过教育、研发、经验教训和协商，加强北约成员国及合作伙伴在网络防御方面的能力、合作及信息共享。
