Die Uffizien (italienisch uffici ‚Büros‘; offiziell Galleria degli Uffizi) sind ein Kunstmuseum in Florenz. Das Museum besitzt eine der wichtigsten kunsthistorischen Sammlungen der Welt, deren Schwerpunkt auf der Malerei der Renaissance liegt.Ursprünglich handelt es sich dabei um einen zwischen den Jahren 1560 bis etwa 1580 für die Unterbringung von Ministerien und Ämtern in Florenz errichteten Gebäudekomplex, der von Anfang an reichhaltig mit Kunst ausgestattet wurde.

Bayreuth [baɪ̯ˈrɔʏ̯t] ist eine kreisfreie Stadt im bayerischen Regierungsbezirk Oberfranken und zählt zur Metropolregion Nürnberg. Die Stadt ist Sitz der Regierung von Oberfranken, des Bezirks Oberfranken und des Landratsamts Bayreuth. Weltberühmt ist Bayreuth durch die alljährlich im Festspielhaus auf dem Grünen Hügel stattfindenden Richard-Wagner-Festspiele. Das markgräfliche Opernhaus gehört seit 2012 zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe.

Ferrara ist eine oberitalienische Stadt in der östlichen Po-Ebene in der Region Emilia-Romagna, Hauptstadt der gleichnamigen Provinz und Erzbischofssitz. Die Stadt liegt am rechten Ufer des Po, dessen Arm Po di Volano mitten durch die Stadt fließt. Ferrara ist ein Wirtschafts- und Kulturzentrum und große Universitätsstadt; die 1391 gegründete Universität ist eine der ältesten Europas.
