Witanhurst ist ein großes, denkmalgeschütztes Herrenhaus im georgianischen Stil der 1930er Jahre auf einem 2,0 ha großen Grundstück in Highgate, Nordlondon. Seit dem Wiederaufbau durch den Seifenmagnaten Sir Arthur Crosfield hatte es mehrere prominente Besitzer. Nach mehreren Jahrzehnten zunehmenden Verfalls wurde es nach dem Verkauf 2008 an eine Offshore-Gesellschaft im Besitz der Familie des russischen Geschäftsmanns Andrey Guryev umfassend renoviert.
