英拉·钦那瓦（泰语：ยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร，皇家转写：Yinglak Chinnawat，[jîŋ.lák tɕʰīn.nā.wát]；1967年6月21日—），小名钚（泰语：ปู ;字面意思是：螃蟹），汉名丘英乐，生于泰国北部清迈府，是泰国著名商人及政治人物。她不仅是泰国历史上首位女总理，也是前总理他信·钦那瓦的妹妹，现任总理佩通坦·钦那瓦的姑姐，属于第四代泰国华裔。
