Das deutsche Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB) ist die Kodifikation des Sozialrechts im formellen Sinn. Nachdem das Werk seit den 1970er Jahren schrittweise aufgebaut wurde, sind im Sozialgesetzbuch heute die wesentlichen Bereiche dessen geregelt, was dem Sozialrecht zugerechnet wird.

《德国社会法典》（SGB）是正式意义上的社会法法典。经过自 20 世纪 70 年代以来的逐步完善，如今《社会法典》规范了社会法的基本领域。

Das deutsche Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB) ist die Kodifikation des Sozialrechts im formellen Sinn. Nachdem das Werk seit den 1970er Jahren schrittweise aufgebaut wurde, sind im Sozialgesetzbuch heute die wesentlichen Bereiche dessen geregelt, was dem Sozialrecht zugerechnet wird.

Nicht darin erfasst ist das sogenannte „soziale Recht“, also das unter sozialen Gesichtspunkten überlagerte Privatrecht, etwa das soziale Wohnraummietrecht oder der soziale Schutz von Arbeitnehmern.
