Brookings Institution
布鲁金斯学会（英语：Brookings Institution），又称布鲁金斯研究所或布鲁金斯研究院，是美国著名智库之一，与中国关系密切，主要研究社会科学尤其是经济与发展、都市政策、政府、外交政策以及全球经济发展等议题，总部位于华盛顿特区。

采玉大勋章，是中华民国最高荣誉勋章。依照《勋章条例》第3条规定，中华民国总统佩带采玉大勋章，采玉大勋章得赠与外国的国家元首。由于历史文化传统，采玉大勋章与其他高级勋章一样由图案相同的大绶章及星章构成，中心为玉质中华民国国徽，取义于礼记“君子比德于玉焉，温润而泽仁也”，及诗经“言念君子，温其如玉”，采指“采色”以示差别（最初采玉勋章有分大勋章与一至九等，用色不同），中心国徽，以示“国家至上”之意，对内代表崇敬元首，对外用以敦睦邦交。

查尔斯三世（英语：Charles III；1948年11月14日—），全名查尔斯·菲利普·亚瑟·乔治（Charles Philip Arthur George），现任英国及其他英联邦王国国王、英联邦元首，他是前任英国君主伊丽莎白二世与爱丁堡公爵菲利普亲王长子，2022年9月8日继位时是英国史上登基时年龄最年长的君主（时年73岁），也是目前世界史上在位最久的王储。
