肉桂
武夷山传统茶叶品种。武夷肉桂是以肉桂品种的茶树命名的,外形紧结呈青褐色,最大的特点是香气辛锐持久。比较著名的有“牛肉”和“马肉”,即牛栏坑肉桂和马头岩肉桂。

中国陕西省传统特色食物之一。陕西地区有使用白吉馍的“腊汁肉夹馍”、宝鸡西府的肉臊子夹馍(肉臊子中放食醋)、潼关的潼关肉夹馍(与白吉馍不同,其馍外观焦黄,条纹清晰,内部呈层状,饼体发胀,皮酥里嫩,火功到家,食用时温度以烫手为佳,且老潼关肉夹馍是热馍夹凉肉,饼酥肉香,爽而不腻)。
肉鬆 肉松
肉松或称肉酥、肉绒,通常是用猪的瘦肉或鱼肉、鸡肉持续干炒除去水分后而制成的。肉松起源于中国,且在亚洲范围内也是一种特别常见的小吃,特别是在大中华地区如中国大陆及香港、澳门,以及台湾、日本、泰国、马来西亚、新加坡、缅甸、越南等一些国家也能经常看到。
