欧洲中央银行（法语：Banque Centrale Européenne；德语：Europäische Zentralbank；英语：European Central Bank），简称欧洲央行，为欧盟欧元区的中央银行，负责欧元区的金融及货币政策，总部位于德国法兰克福，成立于1998年6月1日。欧洲中央银行由其董事会负责管理，设有董事会主席，并设有理事会，包括董事会的成员及各欧洲国家各自的中央银行代表。
