江淮官話 江淮官话
江淮官话（Jiang–Huai Mandarin），过去也称下江官话（Lower Yangtze Mandarin），是官话分支之一。 江淮官话分布在江苏省大部、安徽省中部，湖北省东北部、江西省北部的九江市局部及其它个别省份的方言岛，使用人口为7000多万，主体分布于江苏、安徽两省的江淮地区。 江淮官话自东向西分为江淮官话泰如片（通泰片）、洪巢片、黄孝片（包括竹柞片），其中以洪巢片人口占绝大多数。江淮官话，又称宁白、下江官话、下江话、江淮话、江北话、淮语，是南方官话的重要组成部分。江淮话在词汇、音韵、语法等方面与北方官话相比都具有较大差异，最大特色就是江淮官话完全保留了入声系统，其他官话几乎完全失去入声。 由于江淮官话含有入声，和中古音传承明显，所以其中分尖团、分平翘的南京官话清末之前一直是官话标准音。清末以后，从政治角度而不是语言学角度，逐渐以北京话为现代标准汉语之基础，北京官话被当作官话典范，于是有汉语言学者认为江淮话应该和晋语一样独立出官话，和吴语、粤语等为同层级。 江淮话的使用者约有7000多万。
