Leung Chun-ying (Liáng Zhènyīng; * 12. August 1954 in Hongkong) ist ein chinesischer Unternehmer und Politiker.
Seit 1. Juli 2012 ist er Chief Executive der Sonderverwaltungszone Hongkong. Sein Vorgänger war Donald Tsang.
