Gianluca Vialli ([dʒanˈluːka ˈvjalli]; * 9. Juli 1964 in Cremona; † 6. Januar 2023 in London) war ein italienischer Fußballspieler und ‑trainer. Als Spieler gewann der Stürmer mit Sampdoria GenuaJuventus Turin und später auch mit dem FC Chelsea als Spielertrainer zahlreiche nationale und internationale Titel.

Er spielte 59 Mal in der italienischen Nationalmannschaft, mit der er an den Fußball-Weltmeisterschaften 1986 und 1990 sowie der Fußball-Europameisterschaft 1988 teilnahm. Er wurde 2015 in die Hall of Fame des Italienischen Fußballs aufgenommen.

Michael Chang (Michael Te-Pei Chang) (張德培; Pinyin: Zhāng Dépéi) ist das Kind taiwanischer Einwanderer. Mit 12 Jahren gewann er sein erstes Turnier, die USTA Junior Hard Court singles. 1988 verließ er die Highschool und wurde Profi. Im darauf folgenden Jahr wurde er im Alter von 17 Jahren mit dem Gewinn der French Open zum jüngsten Gewinner eines Grand-Slam-Turniers aller Zeiten. Im Endspiel besiegte er den Schweden Stefan Edberg mit 6:1, 3:6, 4:6, 6:4, 6:2. Im Achtelfinale zuvor gewann er von Krämpfen geplagt und am Rande einer Aufgabe in einem legendären Match in 4:43 Stunden gegen Ivan Lendl mit 4:6, 4:6, 6:3, 6:3, 6:3. Der Tscheche verzweifelte unter anderem an der teilweise unorthodoxen Spielweise Changs, z. B. war der als einfache Vorhand gespielte Aufschlag des Amerikaners überraschend. Mehrmals lag Chang in diesem Match fast bewusstlos auf dem Platz, rappelte sich aber dann wieder auf.
