Die Allgemeine Zollverwaltung der Volksrepublik China (General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, GACC), auch bekannt als China Customs, ist eine Verwaltungsbehörde auf Ministerialebene, die dem Staatsrat der Volksrepublik China untersteht. Sie ist zuständig für die Erhebung der Mehrwertsteuer, der Zölle, der Verbrauchssteuern und anderer indirekter Steuern wie der Fluggaststeuer, der Klimawandelabgabe, der Versicherungsprämiensteuer, der Deponiesteuer und der Zuschlagsabgabe. Außerdem ist sie für die Verwaltung der Ein- und Ausfuhr von Waren und Dienstleistungen in das chinesische Festland zuständig.

Das Handelsministerium der Volksrepublik China (vereinf. chinesisch 中华人民共和国商务部, trad. chin.: 中華人民共和國商務部) – auch bekannt als MOFCOM (Ministerium für Außenhandel und Wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit der Volksrepublik China von englisch Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Co-operation bzw. heute: Ministry of Commerce) – ist ein Ministerium der Regierung der Volksrepublik China.

2003 vereinte das Handelsministerium das bis dahin bestehenden Ministerium für Außenhandel und wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit (MOFTEC) mit der Staatlichen Wirtschafts- und Handelskommission und der Kommission für staatliche Entwicklungsplanung.
