Northrop Grumman E-2 Hawkeye
E-2空中预警机，官方昵称鹰眼（E-2 Hawkeye），是由美国格鲁曼公司（现为诺斯洛普·格鲁曼公司）在1950年代末期研制的舰载空中早期预警与航空管制机，是美国海军目前唯一使用的舰载空中预警机，也是截至2011年为止两款服役中，以涡轮螺旋桨推进的飞机之一。她同时也被许多国家空军在陆上机场使用，它是全世界产量最大，量产时间最久，使用国家最多的舰载预警机，法国、新加坡、中华民国、日本等购买并投入使用。目前服役中的型号为E-2C与鹰眼-2000，最新型号为E-2D先进鹰眼。

Das EuroRADAR CAPTOR ist das Bordradar des Eurofighter Typhoon, welches vom EuroRADAR-Konsortium, bestehend aus BAE Systems, Airbus Defence and Space und Selex ES gefertigt wird. Nach einer turbulenten und politisch geprägten Entwicklungsgeschichte wurde das erste Serienradar im Jahr 2003 ausgeliefert.

Das EuroRADAR CAPTOR ist das Bordradar des Eurofighter Typhoon, welches vom EuroRADAR-Konsortium, bestehend aus BAE Systems, Airbus Defence and Space und Selex ES gefertigt wird. Nach einer turbulenten und politisch geprägten Entwicklungsgeschichte wurde das erste Serienradar im Jahr 2003 ausgeliefert. Zur Risikoreduzierung wurde eine mechanisch geschwenkte Antenne aus CFK gewählt. Trotzdem wurden neue Betriebsmodi zur nichtkooperativen Zielidentifizierung von Luftfahrzeugen und eine automatische Zielsuche und -identifizierung im Luft-Boden-Modus implementiert. Um bessere Leistungsparameter zu erzielen, wird seit 1991 an einem aktiv phasengesteuerten Radar gearbeitet. Das neue E-Scan Radar sollte ab 2015 produziert werden, und wird neben elektronischer Strahlschwenkung weitere innovative Betriebsmodi und Technologien besitzen.

Der Eurofighter Typhoon ist ein zweistrahliges Mehrzweckkampfflugzeug, das von Deutschland, Italien, Spanien und Großbritannien in Gemeinschaftsproduktion entwickelt und gebaut wird. Wegen der turbulenten Entwicklungsgeschichte lief die Entwicklung zunächst unter dem Namen European Fighter Aircraft (EFA), später wurde die Bezeichnung in Eurofighter 2000 und schließlich in Eurofighter Typhoon abgeändert. In Österreich und Deutschland wird das Flugzeug oft nur Eurofighter genannt. Ursprünglich als Luftüberlegenheitsjäger gegen die Bedrohung des Warschauer Paktes entwickelt, wurde das Flugzeug nach dem Ende des Kalten Krieges für seine neue Aufgabe als Mehrzweckkampfflugzeug angepasst.
