Die Zitadelle von Erbil (kurdisch قەڵای ھەولێر Qelay Hewlêr oder Qela Hewlêrê, arabisch قلعة أربيل, DMG Qalʿat ʾArbīl) ist ein befestigter Tell inmitten der Altstadt von Erbil, der Hauptstadt der Autonomen Region Kurdistan im Irak. Laut UNESCO ist die Zitadelle einer der ältesten durchgängig bewohnten Orte der Welt.
