清华婺酒是清华镇出产的一种大曲白酒。清华婺酒源于1787年江正铿于当地开设的“清华酒铺”，始有清华之称，但酒铺后因战乱关闭，直至1937年才由其后人江旺发重开“清华江永源酒铺”，酿制“清华婺酒”。
