李鹏（1928年10月20日-2019年7月22日），四川成都人，生于上海。1945年11月加入中国共产党，1941年3月参加工作，前苏联莫斯科动力学院水力发电系毕业，大学文化，高级工程师。 曾任中国共产党第十二届中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记，第十三届、十四届、十五届中央政治局常委，国务院原总理，第九届全国人民代表大会常务委员会委员长。
