Chang Wanquan (chinesisch 常万全, Pinyin Cháng Wànquán; * Januar 1949 in Nanyang, Provinz Henan) ist ein chinesischer General der Volksbefreiungsarmee und Politiker. Er ist seit Oktober 2012 Verteidigungsminister der Volksrepublik und seit 2013 Staatsrat.

常万全，男，汉族，1949年1月生，河南南阳人，1968年3月入伍，1968年11月加入中国共产党，陕西省渭南师范专科学校毕业，在职大专学历。

任中共十八届中央委员，中共十八届中央军事委员会委员，中华人民共和国中央军事委员会委员，国务委员、国务院党组成员兼国防部部长，上将军衔。
