舟山群岛新区，位于浙江省，是中国海洋经济综合开发的一个新区。作为中国首个群岛新区，2011年3月14日，舟山群岛新区正式写入全国十二五规划，规划瞄准新加坡、香港世界一流港口城市，要拉动整个长江流域经济。根据规划其发展目标是中国大宗商品国际储运中转加工交易中心、东部重要的国际海上开放门户、现代海洋产业重要基地、海洋海岛科学保护利用示范区和海陆统筹发展先行区。

Zhoushan Archipelago, officially known as Zhoushan Archipelago New Area (simplified Chinese: 舟山群岛新区; traditional Chinese: 舟山群島新區; pinyin: Zhōushān Qúndǎo Xīn Qū), is the newly established state-level new area (special economic and political administration zone) under the direct control of Zhoushan Municipal Government on 7 July 2011. Zhoushan Archipelago New Area was approved by the State Council of China's Central Government as the fourth state-level new area (following Pudong of Shanghai, Binhai of Tianjin, and Liangjiang of Chongqing), which is also the second state-level new development area in East China.^[1]

Zhoushan Archipelago, offiziell bekannt als Zhoushan Archipelago New Area (vereinfachtes Chinesisch: 舟山群岛新区; traditionelles Chinesisch: 舟山群島新區; Pinyin: Zhōushān Qúndǎo Xīn Qū), ist das am 7. Juli 2011 neu eingerichtete neue Gebiet auf staatlicher Ebene (wirtschaftliche und politische Sonderverwaltungszone) unter der direkten Kontrolle der Stadtverwaltung von Zhoushan. Die Zhoushan Archipelago New Area wurde vom Staatsrat der chinesischen Zentralregierung als viertes neues Gebiet auf staatlicher Ebene (nach Pudong in Shanghai, Binhai in Tianjin und Liangjiang in Chongqing) genehmigt und ist außerdem das zweite neue Entwicklungsgebiet auf staatlicher Ebene in Ostchina.
