南通狼山广教寺, 始建于唐朝总章二年（公元669年），历来为大势至菩萨道场，属禅宗临济宗派。为中国佛教“八小名山”之一。狼山广教寺在信众中影响广泛，香火鼎盛，经久不衰。1980年恢复开放后，被国务院列为全国佛教重点寺院。
