Yoon Suk-yeol (* 18. Dezember 1960 in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul) ist ein südkoreanischer Politiker und seit 2022 Präsident Südkoreas. Zuvor war er ab 2019 Generalstaatsanwalt Südkoreas. Er trat 2022 für die konservative Partei Gungminui-him bei der 20. Präsidentschaftswahl an und wurde am 9. März mit 48,6 % aller Stimmen zum Präsidenten gewählt. Am 10. Mai 2022 wurde er in seinem neuen Amt vereidigt.
