安东尼奥·曼努埃尔·德奥利维拉·古特雷斯 GCL GCC（葡萄牙语：António Manuel de Oliveira Guterres，1949年4月30日—），澳葡官定译名为古德礼，葡萄牙社会党政治人物，曾任葡萄牙总理（1995－2002年）、联合国难民署高级专员（2005－2015年）。2016年10月当选联合国秘书长，并于2017年1月1日就任，成为首位政府领导人出身的联合国秘书长。
António Manuel de Oliveira Guterres ([ɐ̃ˈtɔnju ɡuˈtɛʁɨʃ], Sprachausgabeⓘ/?, * 30. April 1949 in Santos-o-Velho, Lissabon) ist ein portugiesischer Politiker und seit dem 1. Januar 2017 der neunte Generalsekretär der Vereinten Nationen. Von 1992 bis 2002 war er Generalsekretär der Partido Socialista (PS), von 1995 bis 2002 Premierminister Portugals und von 1999 bis 2005 Präsident der Sozialistischen Internationale. Danach war Guterres von 2005 bis 2015 Hoher Flüchtlingskommissar der Vereinten Nationen.
