竹林山观音寺，简称竹林山寺，又称林口观音妈庙、林口庙或竹林寺。为台湾一所观音寺，是林口、芦竹、龟山三个地区的信仰中心，香火鼎盛，也是著名景点，位于新北市林口区竹林路325号。原为日式建筑，后改建为传统本国式样的寺庙。
