托馬斯·沙夫（德語：Thomas Schaaf，1961年 4月30日－出生於曼海姆）是一名德國的足球運動員和教練。

托马斯·沙夫1961年4月30日出生，他的足球生涯大部分时间是在云达不来梅度过的，在1972至1995年间共代表该队参加过262场德甲联赛。

从1987年到1995年一直是不莱梅的青年队教练，1995年到1999年成为不莱梅业余队主教练，99年8月接替马加特成为不莱梅主帅。率领球队夺得1999年德国杯赛冠军，2004年德甲联赛和杯赛双冠王，在2006年击败拜仁幕尼黑，夺得联赛杯。

由于沙夫2004年带领不来梅队取得德甲级联赛和德国杯双冠，被评为德国足球2004年的年度人物。
