朱家花园，地处云南建水古城的建新街中段，是清末乡绅朱渭卿兄弟建造的家宅和宗祠，有“西南边陲大观园”之称。朱家花园建筑占地2万多平方米，主体建筑呈“纵四横三”布局，为建水典型的“三间六耳三间厅，一大天井附四小天井”式传统民居的变通组合体建。房舍格局井然有序，院落层出迭进，计有大小天井42个。整组建筑陡脊飞檐、雕梁画栋、精美高雅。庭院厅堂布置合理，空间景观层次丰富且变化无穷，形成“迷宫式”建筑群。
