Der Metropolitan Area Outer Underground Discharge Channel ist ein unterirdisches Wasserinfrastrukturprojekt in Kasukabe, Saitama, Japan. Es handelt sich um die weltweit größte unterirdische Hochwasserumleitungsanlage, die gebaut wurde, um das Überlaufen der großen Wasserstraßen und Flüsse der Stadt während der Regen- und Taifunzeit zu verhindern. Sie befindet sich zwischen Showa und Kasukabe in der Präfektur Saitama, am Rande der Stadt Tokio im Großraum Tokio.
