蒸饺
中华民族传统节日食品,是每年春节必吃的年节食品。北方人都是用饺子来作为节日的佳肴,以饺子为主食。而在南方人往往把饺子作为小吃,改换口味、调节情趣。蒸饺由饺子演变而来,成为大江南北的一道风味小吃。
烩面/stewed noodles
河南烩面是一种荤、素、汤、饭聚而有之的传统风味小吃。烩面是以优质高筋面粉为原料,辅以高汤及多种配菜,一种类似宽面条的面食。汤好面筋,营养高。
烤鱿鱼
中国大陆及台湾各地都有的一道街头烧烤。将整条鱿鱼或将两侧切成丝,一般都是手掌大的小鱿鱼,放在烤具上,加入辣椒等配料,进行烧烤,将烤好的鱿鱼穿成串,一般一串只有一条鱿鱼。但不同的是,由于某些地区禁止煤烟,所以就将鱿鱼放在铁板上,煎制鱿鱼。两者的味道,都差不多。
